Langley Senior Resources Centre

The Langley Foundation is pleased to announce that Langley Seniors Resources received the Langley Community Prosperity Fund Grant.

The Resource Centre provides a wide range of social, recreational and educational programs for adults 50 years of age and older.

Services such as

  • Telephone Buddies,
  • Housing Navigation,
  • Better at Home Program,
  • Social and Fitness Activities and
  • Events and special Learning Programs

The services all make a difference for our seniors.

A Caregiver Support Group is also offered, which is free and open to members and non-members. They are for anyone caring for an adult family member or friend with a chronic physical or cognitive health condition. The demands and responsibilities of caregiving can be overwhelming and stressful. Speaking with others can help you cope in your caregiving role.

The Resource Centre is the primary connection place for our Langley Seniors. This grant will continue to support these services in Langley.
