KEENAN BEAVIS - Bio

Keenan Beavis is an award-winning business leader and proud Langley community member who lives, works, and chooses to grow a family here. He grew up in Langley with his parents, Todd and Stacie, and his younger brother, Quinn. His first job was umpiring with Langley Baseball, where he learned how to make decisions quickly, stay calm under pressure, and be part of a team.

He later spent years working in local recreation as a lifeguard and swimming lesson instructor for both the Township of Langley and the City of Langley. Summers at Al Anderson Memorial Pool were a highlight, including time leading the youth leadership development through the Sharks Aquatic Leadership Program. That early chapter shaped how Keenan still shows up as a leader today. He is known for investing in the next generation and creating opportunities for young creatives and professionals.

In 2018, Keenan founded Longhouse Branding & Marketing, a Langley-based branding and marketing agency built to help busy leaders look great and get seen. Longhouse has supported 850+ businesses and organizations across 92+ industries, and is known for clarity, strong communication, and measurable outcomes.

A proud Métis entrepreneur, Keenan was named the 2025 Young Indigenous Entrepreneur of the Year by the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business.

Outside of work, Keenan trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu and loves date nights with his wife, Michaela, at Langley’s parks and local restaurants. He joined the Langley Foundation Board because he cares deeply about keeping Langley a great place to work, raise a family, and live well into retirement.
